We begin by meeting on-site or via consultation to understand your property, design ideas, lifestyle goals, practical constraints, and target budget. We review site access, contour, services, and preliminary zoning rules to ensure your vision is viable from day one.
Whether you bring completed plans or use our architectural design and build service, we coordinate drawings, structural engineering, resource consents, and building consent submissions. We resolve buildability challenges early before materials are ordered.
You receive a detailed written quote with clear scope definitions, transparent product allowances, itemised breakdown of works, realistic timelines, and commercial terms. We believe in open pricing with zero hidden surprises or ambiguous clauses.
Prior to site establishment, we lock in trade schedules, order critical structural materials, and assign your dedicated Licensed Building Practitioner project manager. We establish a clear construction schedule so you know exactly what will happen week by week.
Our licensed carpenters and specialist trades execute the build adhering strictly to the New Zealand Building Code. You receive weekly progress updates, photos, and scheduled site walkthroughs so you are always informed and involved in key decisions.
Once construction finishes, we carry out thorough quality check audits, coordinate final council inspections, secure your Code Compliance Certificate (CCC), and hand over your keys with full product warranties and maintenance documentation.
